Breastfeeding tracker

A free breastfeeding tracker that remembers the last side.

When feeds come every couple of hours, “which side was it?” and “when did she last eat?” are hard to answer at 3 am. Little Logs keeps a simple record on your iPhone, so the answer is one glance away.

Time each side

Start the nursing timer on the left or right, switch sides when your baby does, and pause for a break. Little Logs adds up the time on each side for you.

See the last side at a glance

Today shows how long ago the last feed was and which side was last, so the next feed can start on the other side without guessing.

Bottles of breast milk or formula

Log a bottle of pumped breast milk or formula in mL or oz. Nursing and bottles both count toward today’s feeds.

Forgot to start the timer?

Add a feed that already happened with its start and end time and the minutes on each side. You can correct or delete any feed later.

Hand over with a summary

Tap Share care summary on Today to send your partner or a sitter an easy-to-read update: the last feed, the last side, sleep and diapers.

Little Logs Today screen with recent feeds, sleep and diapers and quick buttons to start a nursing timer.
